Copyright & Takedown Policy
TuneHub respects intellectual-property rights and provides a process for rights holders to report content or references they believe infringe copyright or trademark rights. TuneHub is primarily an indexing, discovery, and playback interface for third-party audio sources and does not claim ownership of third-party broadcasts, music, logos, episodes, books, recordings, or trademarks.
What TuneHub may control
Depending on the source, TuneHub may remove or hide a catalog listing, disable access to an item, remove TuneHub-hosted metadata or artwork overrides, stop displaying a link/feed, or contact an upstream provider. TuneHub may not be able to remove content hosted by a third party.
Submitting a request
Submit a request at /legal/request with your full name, contact email, organization or rights-holder name where applicable, the work or right claimed, exact TuneHub URL or identifier, a clear explanation, supporting URLs, a good-faith authorization statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your typed signature.
A submitted claim does not automatically remove or alter content. TuneHub may request more information, investigate the source, contact a provider, and take proportionate action. Knowingly false or abusive claims may be rejected.
If material is hosted entirely by a third-party station, podcast publisher, audiobook host, or external service, you may also need to contact that service directly. If you believe content was restricted in error, contact quanlbn@gmail.com with the relevant URL and explanation.
