TUNEHUB LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective date: Sep 10, 2026
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TuneHub, operated by TuneHub. By using TuneHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service and third-party content
TuneHub is an audio discovery and listening service that may provide internet radio, podcasts, audiobooks, metadata, search, library functions, and related features. Much of the audio, artwork, branding, descriptions, feeds, and metadata originates from third parties. TuneHub does not claim ownership of third-party broadcasts, episodes, books, recordings, trademarks, station brands, or other third-party intellectual property unless expressly stated.
Third-party content may be unavailable, inaccurate, removed, geographically restricted, changed, offensive, or subject to separate terms and rights. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and privacy practices.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must be legally permitted to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for its security and activity performed through it. You may not violate law or third-party rights, interfere with TuneHub, bypass security or rate limits, materially harm an upstream service, submit knowingly false or abusive reports or legal claims, impersonate another person, or distribute malware.
3. Intellectual property and submissions
TuneHub software, interface design, product name, original branding, and original service content may be protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party content remains controlled by its rights holders. Access through TuneHub does not grant ownership or a license beyond rights provided by the rights holder or law.
If you submit reports, feedback, or legal requests, you authorize TuneHub to process that submission as reasonably necessary to investigate, operate the Service, respond, enforce policies, and comply with law. You retain rights in your original submission and should not submit unnecessary confidential material.
4. Availability, suspension, and liability
TuneHub may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Third-party streams and APIs can fail or change without notice. TuneHub may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, threaten security, or create material legal risk. Suspension is not deletion; deletion procedures are described on the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion pages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TuneHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a guarantee that third-party content is accurate, lawful in every jurisdiction, continuously available, or error-free. TuneHub will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Copyright, changes, and contact
Rights holders may submit copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal requests through /legal/request. Submission does not guarantee removal; TuneHub reviews requests under applicable law and policy.
Published versions of these Terms include an effective date. These Terms are governed by {{ governing_law }}, subject to mandatory rights that apply regardless of this clause. Operator: TuneHub Legal contact: quanlbn@gmail.com

Content Sources
TuneHub combines information and playback links from third-party sources. Source availability may vary. Access to directory metadata does not give TuneHub ownership of audio, trademarks, artwork, broadcasts, podcast episodes, or books.
Radio
TuneHub may use station-directory data from Radio Browser. Radio Browser states that its accumulated directory data, including station names, tags, stream links, homepage links, language, and country information, is public-domain data. Radio streams are provided by the relevant station or host; music, programs, brands, logos, and related materials may remain protected by copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. When Direct catalog mode is active, your browser may contact Radio Browser servers directly.
Podcasts
TuneHub may discover podcasts from publisher RSS feeds and, where configured, Podcast Index. Podcast metadata, artwork, descriptions, episodes, and audio are generally provided by publishers or other third parties and may remain protected by intellectual-property rights. API availability does not grant TuneHub ownership. TuneHub should stream or link to publisher-provided media URLs unless a separate license authorizes hosting or copying.
Audiobooks
TuneHub may use LibriVox. LibriVox states that its recordings are public domain in the United States and notes that public-domain/copyright status may differ in other countries. Users and TuneHub must check the status of a work in the relevant jurisdiction.
If TuneHub enables another source, this page must be updated to describe the provider and applicable licensing or attribution limits. Use normal content reports for metadata corrections and /legal/request for copyright, trademark, privacy, or legal requests.
